Extraspace Solutions are delighted to announce that the Government Procurement Services have awarded Extraspace Solutions a framework agreement in the areas of Health, Education and General Steel Framed Modular Buildings, under the general Framework Category of Modular Building Systems.
The Government Procurement Services is the UK Government executive agency charged with procurement management. It is an executive agency of the Cabinet Office. It was formerly known as OGC Buying Solutions, and then just Buying Solutions. In June 2010, it moved along with its parent agency the Office of Government Commerce, to become part of the Efficiency and Reform Group within cabinet office.
The name was changed to Government Procurement Services in July 2011 and after a rigorous tendering process commencing in April 2011 and finished October 2011, Extraspace Solutions were selected as one of only a few pre-approved suppliers of Modular Accommodation to the public sector through the Government Procurement Services.
Extraspace Solutions is a leading supplier of steel framed modular buildings, in both Ireland and the UK. Over the past four years the Company has grown its UK Base from an initial base of £2,000,000 to £12,000,000 in 2011, principally through the Buying Solutions Framework.
