The project calls for the construction of a two-storey Innovation Growth Centre at Great Northern Road, Omagh.
Designed by Edmond Shipway Architects, the centre will provide office units and include associated car parking provision.
The construction works notice said: "Omagh Enterprise Company Limited are seeking expressions of interest from economic operators or a consortium who wish to be considered for inclusion on a restricted list of design and build contractors for the design and construction of an innovation growth centre comprising of a two-storey extension to the Omagh Enterprise Centre."

It is understood that the construction period will last 49 weeks and will commence in January 2011.

The final date for receipt of requests is 4th November 2011. The closing date for receipt of the completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaire is 11th November 2011 (3.00pm).
