An Irish recruitment agency has announced a partnership with New Zealand based contractors, with the aim of rebuilding Christchurch.
Three Q Professional, the professional services division of Three Q Recruitment has announced the commercial partnership with New Zealand-based construction agency Canstaff.
The alliance comes as a means of providing qualified Irish construction professionals access to opportunities working on the rebuild of Christchurch, after the earthquake there last year. The primary focus is to recruit quantity surveyors and project managers.
Canstaff are looking for construction professionals from all disciplines to apply for a role in Christchurch with the expected start date to be January 2012. Three Q will carry out the final stage of interviews for candidates with a trade that have already been selected by Canstaff.
As well as that Three Q Professional will fully partner Canstaff in the recruitment of senior positions including Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, advertising, headhunting and interviewing Irish candidates on behalf of the New Zealand company.
The collaboration between the two companies removes the hassle of applying for the many well-documented Christchurch construction positions for jobseekers based here. Three Q Professional acts as the Irish point of contact for roles that Canstaff are looking to fill there.
It will be mutually beneficial for both companies with Canstaff getting access to the many highly skilled construction jobseekers in Ireland and in return Three Q gains an international presence whilst furthering the key business objective of growing the professional division.
