HSS Hires New Sales Staff

A leading all-Ireland tool and equipment hire and outsourcing services company, HSS Hire, has announced two new recruits to the sales team.

Paula McKee joins us as Sales Manager for the Belfast and Newry area.

She will be responsible for driving sales and growth, through managing a portfolio of accounts with growth potential and identifying new business opportunities.

She will work with the existing sales team and branches to deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction and branch presentation. Before joining HSS Paula worked as Field Sales Representative in Speedy Hire and prior to this she worked in a similar role in Cape Hire & Sales.

David Beattie also joins for the Belfast area and will be responsible for growing our Powered Access sales and hire product division across Northern Ireland.

David is no stranger to this field having worked for Nationwide Platforms, Skylift and Highway Plant over the years.

He is also Pasma qualified and an IPAF demonstrator.

David commented: "HSS is the leading hire provider in Ireland and has recently invested £3.5 million in powered access alone which shows their commitment to providing the best to their customers.

"I am delighted to become part of such a reputable hire company who work hard with their customers to keep their businesses working and help drive down their costs," he said.

HSS Hire employs more than 200 personnel across its network of 20 branches located in all major cities in Ireland.

The company recently announced fiscal 2011 first quarter revenue of £46.9m and EBITDA of £11.2m. Revenue grew 12% on a like-for-like basis over the same period of 2010.
