North Belfast Flats On Way
The main contractor, Brendan Loughran & Sons, has been appointed for the ongoing construction of new homes in north Belfast.The works involve the demolition of an existing four-storey hostel at 60 Cliftonville Road/186 Cliftonpark Avenue, Belfast.
The cleared site will subsequently allow for the construction of eight general needs three-person/two-bedroom flats over four floors.

Ancillary site works and landscaping will be provided.
Main construction work commenced on site during late March and the contract period is estimated at 14 months. The cost of the scheme is in the region of £600,000.
According to the website
www.unearthore.com the architect is Ostick and Williams working for the promoter, the Open Door Housing Association.
