Innovative used plant and machinery auction website www.mrmachinery.com is going from strength-to-strength following the appointment of two new members of staff.
Keith Richards joins as UK Sales Manager, following a spell as a Construction Spares Sales Advisor in the defence sector. He brings to his role over 35 years experience in dealing with customers, managing teams and negotiating contracts across the construction and plant hire industries.
Karen Weaver brings a wealth of sales and administrative experience to her new role as Auction Coordinator, where she is responsible for uploading all machinery information and images to the company website, as well as liaising with customers and ensuring all contracts and inspection reports are finalised prior to auction.
After undertaking various administrative roles in industries as diverse as IT, aviation, banking and education, Karen progressed to become an Account Manager in the refrigeration sector for 10 years before moving on to her current position.
