The couple who have three children claim that the County Registrar of Dublin acted beyond her powers in making an order for repossession of their home in May.

The six-month stay on the order was to due expire on Saturday but will now be in place until the outcome of the judicial review.
Lawyers from New Beginning group, who take on test cases where people are in danger of losing their houses because they can not make the mortgage payments and can not afford legal fees, will represent the couple.
In a court statement the father said his family had no residence and he was concerned for their future and well-being.
