BMC Manufacturing has been manufacturing LV switchgear since 1991 for both home and export markets. We are now firmly established as one of the market leaders in this area.

Operating from our 20,000sq. ft production facility in Ashbourne, manufacturing Low Voltage switchgear and Motor Control Centres, BMC Manufacturing recognises the necessity to keep up with developing technology, with this in mind it utilises sophisticated computer-based estimating, design, project management.

• Engineering the design into a fit-for-purpose solution


• Manufacturing the equipment to this engineered design and modifying if required due to changing customer requirements and/or site restrictions


• Maintaining the equipment once operational to extend its life cycle and get the best value for the end user


• Supporting the customer and end user to ensure the equipment delivers as per their requirements and hopefully starting the process again when they have new requirements for the products and services we offer

Products & Services

• Switchgear Manufacturing
  All switchgear manufactured by BMC Manufacturing is certified and tested to IEC-61439-1/2. This is the new standard for Low Voltage Switchgear and replaces the old IEC-60439 standard used previously.
  


• UPS Sales
  BMC Manufacturing has provided UPS ranging from 500VA to systems of 10MVA in Ireland and abroad over the last 20 years. We sell and provide service for Schneider Electric UPS Systems.
  


• Prefabricated Data Centres
  BMC Manufacturing supply Prefabricated Data Centre Modules for Power, IT, and Cooling. Modules are implemented as designed and are configured and tested in the factory prior to shipment.
  


• Service & Maintenance
  BMC Service and Maintenance Support to our clients is a key component in our 360˚ approach to client engagement. Support is provided at all stages by a dedicated team of engineers and technicians.
