Fantastic Solar Installation
I recently had Refresh install a x 7 panel solar system with 5kW SunSynk battery storage and hybrid inverter. I was really impressed by the professional and efficient service they provided and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a high quality and good value solar install.
I liked their website and submitted my details via a button on their Solar page - I got a call back the next day and was booked in for a survey. Prior to the survey I received an indicative proposal by e-mail which was tailored to my house. Josh the surveyor was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and explain what was the best system for me based on our current electricity usage. The price quoted was very competitive - I had got quotes for similar systems from other installers and Refresh offered the best price. When it came to the installation - the team arrived on time and worked really hard. Both Niall who installed the panels on the roof and Ryan who completed the electrical works were very diligent and I was impressed by both their knowledge and the care they took with their work. I am delighted with the end result - the panels on the roof look very smart and the battery and inverter installation in the roofspace is very tidy!
Josh installed the SunSynk app on my phone for me and explained how I could monitor my electricity savings. He also configured the system for me so that I am able to maximise my usage of the energy my panels generate and thus maximise my savings.
A fiver star service all round! Highly recommended.

Excellent service, heating was upgraded ( oil to oil) in two days. The engineers understood my medical condition and helped me when I needed help. They left the house spotless and everything was explained to me, before they left. Would highly recommend them

I phoned Refresh NI for an electrician, they booked me in promptly and an electrician came out and put a fan heater into my bathroom, a light outside my back door and wired up my ring camera to the electric box. All work was done quickly, cleanly and most professionally, work was all finished in an afternoon and I would have no hesitation in referring Refresh NI to my family and friends. Thanks to all the friendly and hardworking staff who made my enquiry reality.

I would highly recommend this company. Their customer service has been incredible.
I first used them to service my boiler, as this was required for letting my property, a fault was found within a boiler. They were soon out to replace it.
Then another issue came to light, I was panic at home at half 7 in the evening, with an unimpressed tenant, with an issue I had no idea how to deal with.
Through my panic I rang Refresh and left a voicemail ( worried about the up and coming bank holiday and not knowing when i would get the issue sorted), not expecting to hear back until the morning, but within 5 or so minutes I was receiving a call and a wonderful member of the team so sending an engineer out to meet the tenant and the situation with quickly resolved.
A updated text messaged to inform me everything was plan sailing again.
And offered further assistance if required.

I will definitely be using this Refresh again.

Refresh put down a new wooden laminate floor for me this week. Ian and Nathan were neat and tidy, polite and helpful. Gareth was always there when needed and ensured everything was delivered on time. Bill and his team have been fantastic at helping us out at short notice, Bill rushed through a survey and then installation converting our home from the old-style heat only boiler with an immersion to a nice new efficient combi.

Both the surveyor and engineers were all extremely polite and helpful, they cleaned up after themselves and took time to answer any questions and explain how the new boiler and controls work.

I would definitely recommend Refresh NI to anyone who needs any plumbing works carried out, they are a fast friendly reliable company and the price was very good too!!
