Having built numerous timber frame homes, we have several options of floor plans that are readily accessible. These plans can be modified to fit your site or taken as is to give a style and construction that has already has been proven successful.

Exterior Walls

Your exterior walls will consists of 140mm x 38 mm pre treated timber covered with 11mm OSB board, breathable vapor barrier felt (building wrap) And finished in a wind proof, rain proof P.V.C wall cladding (designed for harshest weather conditions)

Internal Walls & Roof

Internal wall thickness 89mm x 38mm timber. Rafters (trusses) covered with breathable vapor barrier felt 50mm × 35mm treated top laths. Covered with tile effect cladding, which comes in a range of different shapes and sizes.

Windows and Doors

All our windows and doors come A Rated and triple glazed. We supply any shape or size including Tilt and turn, PVC, timber, aluminum, sash, from the best on the market to your original single opening window or easy slide door. We cover it all.

Trussed rafters, attic trusses.

We design and manufacture a diverse range of timber truss configurations to frame any roof profile.

All our Roof Trusses are fully certified by the NSAI (National Standards Authority of Ireland) and CE marked to I.S.EN 14250:2010 and comply with the latest Building Regulations and the European Construction Product Regulations.

With our Prefabricated Roof Truss, we offer the complete engineered timber solution, including design and structural calculations, working drawings and complete layout plans giving precise illustrations of each component and their location on each project, large or small.
