Generally people do not know what fascias and soffits are. Your fascia board is the long, straight board that runs along the lower edge of the roof. The soffit board is tucked away under the fascia board. The soffit can be ventilated to allow the flow of air into the roof area as without good ventilation condensation can become a problem. We are expert installers of uPVC fascia and soffits. There is a wide range of colours and styles available to complement the style of your property. Call us for a free quotation.
New Roofs
When choosing your new roof you may want to consider a couple of factors as the type and colour of the tiles can enhance or spoil the appearance of your house. If your home is terraced or semi-detached, you may want to consider matching with the neighbouring roof.
We provide a full range of roofing services to both domestic and commercial properties and we are happy to tailor any of our range to suit individual requirements. All our new roofs are fully guaranteed and we offer free no-obligation quotes to all of our potential clients. For more information or if you would like to discuss your project or arrange a site visit please call us or e-mail us.
Chimney Repair
Due to the very nature of there job Chimney stacks are usually exposed to the elements and are exposed to the winds, this over time can cause damage. We can rebuild, re-point or remove chimneys preventing damp and provide brickwork cleaning & restoration. Raking out and re-pointing of the mortar in between the bricks and flaunching the tops of the chimney area to keep your chimney structurally safe dry and free from any leaks. All Lead work undertaken on chimneys, wall flashings, soaker valleys and dormers etc.
The lead flashing around a chimney helps protect the overall roof structure from the effects of the elements, keeping rain out of the vulnerable part of the roof where the chimney meets the tiles. Good lead flashing will last for decades, but if it is badly fixed or too thin, it can come loose or crack and lead to larger problems.
