WHO WE ARE
Located in Co Monaghan ADM Floor Screed Ltd is a family run business providing top quality service throughout Ireland. Using our Mobile Screed Factory and a team of skilled installers we manufacture, supply and install Poured Floor Insulation and Liquid Screed for both domestic and commercial projects.

Working in partnership with Energystore Ltd, ADM Floor Screed are a certified supplier/installer of TLA which is a unique Thermal Lightweight Aggregate used in over 40 countries worldwide and first introduced to the UK and Ireland market in 2018.

Poured Insulation
Poured Insulation conforms easily around piping and can be walked on in 48 hours. Covered with a plastic membrane underfloor heating pipes are then easily fixed into place before been poured with a Liquid Floor Screed that requires no sanding prior to tiling

Thermal Lightweight Aggregate can achieve Thermal Conductivity as low as 0.043 W/m-k enabling projects to achieve their conservation requirements and has installed density as low as 130 kg/m3 therefore can be applied directly on top of hardcore, concrete sub floors and beam and block floors reducing the cement content in a floor construction.

Due to TLA’s unique combination of low density, thermal and acoustic insulation properties, there are many suitable uses for the product including: Balconies, void filler, metal decking systems, refurbishment projects that require the leveling of uneven floors prior to screed and Roof insulated screed (It is possible to apply waterproofing applications directly onto TLA creating a very lightweight insulated structure)
