From April 2022 the OZEV grants are now available to people living in flats and rented accommodation. We can survey your property and provide a bespoke installation design, dependent on the installation requirements.

We are an OZEV approved electric vehicle charging point installer under the workplace charging scheme. The WCS is open to businesses, charities and public sector organisations that meet the applicant and site eligibility criteria.

A grant of £350 per socket for up to 40 charging points is available under this scheme for all eligible applicants.

EICR Reports
EICR Reports formerly known as the Periodic Inspection is an inspection carried out on the whole of the electrical system. It is the job of the inspector to verify the condition of the installation along with the compliance to the wiring regulations. The recommended time frame for inspection is 10 years for a domestic property and 5 years for a commercial property. It is now law that all rental property must have a satisfactory EICR for the electrical system, and failure to do so can result in heavy fines. In order to meet this requirement, the property must be inspected every 5 years or every change of tenancy.
