This company charged my mother £450 for three hours of cleaning by three people. £50 per hour. They didnt even do a good job and the correspondence when she complained was poor. She did not complain within 24 hours and therefore they suggested they would not refund her, even partially. They took complete advantage in my view and are over-priced by a country mile!
