FKL Plant provides plant hire solutions to external customers within the UK and Irish Construction and Civil Engineering sectors. FKL Plant have an extensive fleet of modern plant and equipment which meet the latest EU Emissions to Tier 4 standards.

We have our headquarters in Belfast, Northern Ireland and have a depot in Oldham and offices in Dublin and Manchester. We have Plant operating throughout the UK and Ireland, with support services provided from Oldham and Belfast.

Cranes

Sumitomo 40ton crawler
Our Hitachi Sumitomo SCX400T telescopic crawler crane offers many advantages for shorter term contracts, being fully self contained for transport by a single truck, fast to get to work, offering unparalleled rough terrain capability, and the safety of crawler crane stability.

Hitachi Sumitomo SCX1500T – 150ton Crawler crane
Our Sumitomo SCX1500T (150ton crawler crane) has a total of 54 metres of main boom.

CKE1350 – 135ton Crawler crane
Our CKE1350 (135ton crawler crane) has a total of 61 metres of main boom and 24.3 metres of fly boom.

CKE700 – 70ton Crawler crane
Our CKE700 (70ton crawler crane) has a total of 42.7 metres of main boom and 12.2 metres of fly boom.

CKE 1800 – 180ton Crawler Crane
Our CKE1800 (180ton crawler crane) has a total of 79 metres of main boom with 24.4 metres of fly boom.

Concrete
At FKL Plant, we have unique all terrain concrete delivery trucks which comprise of a 30 tonne articulated dump truck chassis fitted with 6 m³ concrete drums. These have proved to be a critical part in the successful delivery of ready mixed concrete in difficult to access locations where regular road concrete trucks would not be an option.

Asphalt

Rollers
Here at FKL Plant hire we have a wide range of rolling and compacting equipment to help meet your job requirements.

Roadstar 3000 Plant
The Phoenix Roadstar 3000 Batching Plant is available for hire. This plant has a hot storage facility capable of storing 120 Tonnes of mixed material, and is capable of producing 180 tonnes per hour of coated material.

Our experienced staff have delivered and maintained our Asphalt Plant and Equipment in countries such as UK, Ireland, USA, Caribbean, Africa and Far East.

Paving Equipment
FKL Plant has a Phoenix Roadstar 3000 Batching Plant available for hire. This plant has a hot storage facility capable of storing 120 Tonnes of mixed material, the plant is capable of producing 180 tonnes/hour of coated material. The paving equipment available for hire at FKL plant includes:

• VogeleSuper 1900-3i pavers (capable of laying up to 8m wide)
• VogeleSuper 1803-3i pavers (capable of laying up to 6.5m wide)
• VogeleSuper 1800-2 pavers

Piling

We have several Driven Piling Rigs that are available for hire, these include 2 Junttan PMx20 precast piling rigs.

We have several CFA / Rotary Piling Rigs that are available for hire, these include 2 SR95's, 2 SR75's and 2 SF65's.
