Fascia & Soffit
The horizontal fascia which caps the end of rafters outside a building may be used to hold the rain gutter. The finished surface below the fascia and rafters is called the soffit. A bargeboard is the board fastened to the projecting gables of the roof to give them strength and to mask, hide and protect the otherwise exposed horizontal roof timbers.
Exterior cladding offers a distinctive look to a home or business whilst adding a level of insulation and defence against bad weather. KPVC uses innovative Freefoam® PVC-U and PVC-UE fascia and soffit which has the unique patented Colormax® technology.
Rainwater Systems
A rainwater gutter is a narrow channel, or trough, forming the component of a roof system which collects and diverts rainwater away from the roof edge. A rainwater downpipe or spout is a pipe for carrying rainwater from a rain gutter. Downpipes are usually vertical and usually extend down to ground level.
A hedgehog gutter brush keeps your gutters and drains clear of leaves, twigs, sticks, birds and other wind-blown debris. KPVC uses the Freeflow® system which is is co-extruded to reduce main causes of leaks, uses compressible water tight seals and is film wrapped for protection from factory to fitting.
Exterior Cladding
KPVC provide innovative Fortex® PVC cladding products which are both durable and decorative. The cladding is manufactured to stand the test of time. The white products are eligible for an impressive 20 year guarantee and colour for 10 years.
