We are a small, Berkshire based company, serving London and the whole of the United Kingdom. We specialise in the construction of in situ, Bespoke and Curved Concrete flights. These range from concrete steps, to more complex spirals and helicals.

Because we are a smaller company, we believe we can offer a more personal touch compared to larger companies. We provide free quotations and a free site visit to discuss your requirements, including finishes etc.

We can provide full drawings, including elevations/ plans, GAs and structural design and calcs.

We have been trading for more than 10 years and have completed hundreds of staircases. Our work ranges from small builders through to large Construction companies. We have completed work for Kier, Mansell and ISG to name but a few. We work closely with and alongside, Architects and Engineers to ensure you stairs are built to your exact requirements.

Our short lead time and fast turn around, means they are built in weeks, not months. We have featured on the hit TV show INSIDE OUT HOMES.

Our growing reputation has lead us to be featured in GRAND DESIGNS magazine on 2 separate occasions. Our curved, helical flights are a fraction of the cost of wooden, metal or precast concrete. Multiple finishes can be added, including, carpet, tiles, stone, marble and wood.

• Spiral concrete stairs
Spiral stairs are the perfect solution when space is of a premium. Although not as sweeping as a helical, they can still supply the factor for your home.


• Curved concrete stairs
Just by adding a "curved edge/edges" to your stair can add style and can also take the blandness off a straight flight. Although you do not get a sweeping soffit, the curved edge of the stair still creates that sweeping feel. Your staircase can be finished with all products, including stone, marble, tiles, wood and carpet. You may even chose to leave the stairs in their "raw" form.


• Concrete stairs in London
We have worked on many prestigious properties in exclusive areas of London. This include St Johns wood, Hampstead, Mayfair, Chelsea, Highgate and Kensington. We have completed works for Carey, ISG, Octagon, Balfour Beatty and Beck. We have constructed stairs on The Bishops Ave, The Boltons, Hampstead Lane and Palace street. We constructed 24 flights for PJ Carey at Hamilton Drive in St Johns wood.


• In situ concrete stairs
All our stairs are in situ, meaning they are built onsite. We can work to your drawings, or even tweak your design, if required. A site survey, understanding your requirements in regard to finishes and floor levels are key. This gives a huge advantage over precast stairs. We have even constructed a stairs when all the internal finishes have been completed.


• Bespoke concrete stairs
Every now and then we are asked to construct a stairs which is a little different form the norm. Sometimes, without an architects plan, we will come up with a design which is "out of the box" Some clients don't want what an architect has drawn up. "it's your house" you decide. We are given a space and will come up with an idea. We don't produce drawings, but with input from the Client will come up with an idea. Thus far, we have met every challenge.
