About Northvale Developments Contracts Ltd

We are an experienced Building & Civil Engineering/Ground Works Contracting Company. We have been involved in the construction industry in the greater Munster region for many years.

We engage in all sectors of the industry, from project conception, full construction through to completion. We endeavour to exceed client expectations with regards to communication, flexibility, build quality and value.

We are totally self-sufficient with regards to equipment, machinery and personnel. All our work force are compliant with the FAS Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS). We carry the appropriate insurance cover, which allows us to undertake all necessary works on/off site. We are also fully Tax Compliant and hold Tax Clearance.

We are currently developing our own properties in Limerick (close to UL). We are also seeking invitations to tender for select Building/Civil/Ground contractual works; to that end, we are offering an obligation-free quotation for same.
