It is designed for light to medium heavy loads of up to 230 kg/shelf by virtue of its built-in box beam design. Multi-tier installations are also available as the frame can take loads of up to 4000 kg.

The Allied pallet racking system is fully modular and designed for the optimised storage of goods of all sizes and weights. Racking is the most cost effective storage system with the lowest equipment and capital costs. It provides direct access to all pallets for 100% accessibility and good stock rotation. Pallets can be located, accessed and moved individually, providing rapid handling of palletised goods. The pallet racking system complies with the European EN 15 512 regulations. The roller tracks of the Carton Live storage system are used in a number of combinations, depending on the carton sizes, the quality of the carton and the weight. The roller-beds are developed to allow a maximum flexibility in the positioning of the tracks. They can be laid at a very small pitch.
