Absolutely terrible. My tree arrived having been badly hacked back so as it fit in too small a packing box. The other plants were also in poor condition. The company refused to accept that there was a problem despite photographic proof.

Quite agree; they delivered unexpectedly dumping everything on front door and missing part of the order [4 trees]; customer care refused to acknowledge emails or refund.. avoid this outfit

If I could give 0 stars I would
Ordered 100 hawthorn trees from them in April. Only 18 developed, the rest are dead. These were planted the day after delivery and all planted together. No reply when I contacted them. Complete waste of 75euro and waste of time. Never again.
