Planning & Design
Free Consultation
We offer a free consultation to discuss your project and ideas you may have. The consultation can take place in the office or if its more convenient it can take place on-site. It is often more beneficial to have the meeting take place on-site as this allows us see the existing conditions.

Planning Applications
We prepare and compiles all relevant documents and drawings necessary to create a valid planning application. Typically planning applications consist of house drawings, site drawings, site surveys, site suitability assessments, public notices and completed application form.

Often it is advisable to meet with the area planner prior to proceeding with the application.

Your application pack will then be submitted in person to the local council on your behalf.
