We specialise in insulating hard to treat buildings, including heritage and older properties. At Enviroform we build specific solutions for every project.

Our Way of Working

• We have a risk adverse strategy when it comes to retrofit insulation and try to design out problems before they ever arise.
• We approach Retrofit Insulation and System Design, like “Health & Safety Law” – we review the project, create a Method Statement, Risk Assess what can go wrong and then put the measures in place to Minimise this Risk.
• All our systems, products and ancillary products are based on this principle of “Fit for Purpose” design.

• If we can’t make it, we involve experts to design and manufacture products for us which are critical in the overall performance of our system designs.

Aerogel Insulation
Enviroform Solutions are an approved process partner and distributor of Aspen Aerogel’s Spaceloft insulation blanket. Both 5mm and 10mm Aerogel insulation blanket are available in full rolls, part rolls or we can cut them to your required quantities or exact dimensions.

We also include Aerogel Spaceloft blanket in a number of our products and solutions where space is at a premium.

Internal Wall Insulation - Envirostud®
EnviroStud was developed to further enhance best practice when retrofitting internal Insulation onto walls floors and ceilings.

EnviroStud utilizes the excellent thermal properties of Spaceloft Aerogel insulation with the natural properties of sustainable timber battens finished in a robust foil, to provide an ““Easy To Install“ product.

Solid Floor Insulation
E-Therm – Solid Floor Insulation. E-Therm Ultra and E-Therm Slim are dry insulated flooring systems which increase the thermal performance of existing floors without the need for excavation or major disruption.

Heat loss through a uninsulated floor can cost you money and drastically reduce the thermal efficiency and comfort of your home.

Cold Bridging

• E-Line Reveal
  By combining Spaceloft Aerogel insulation, the world’s most efficient and thinnest Insulation Material, with an extremely robust 6mm Magnesium board, Enviroform solutions have developed a 16mm thick reveal board. E-Line Reveal, with a thermal resistance of 0.8m2k/w, reduces the heat loss at these critical junctions to eliminate the risk of condensation and mould related problems.


• Steel Window Posts / Lintels
  Window post and door frame insulation is often selected even after high performance heat efficient windows are installed. Time and again we see examples where clients go to the extreme of installing ultra-efficient windows but neglect the details. This is a very common detail in new houses where steel support are used between frames in bay windows. Wrapping it in 10mm foiled Spaceloft Aerogel insulated this section and eliminates the cold bridge and prevent the mould growth in the years ahead.


• Thermo Bead
  Thermo-Bead is a fast, cost effective and ultra-thin wall insulation solution used to deal with the cold bridging at external window reveals. If wall insulation at reveals is overlooked it can cause cold bridging which undermines the thermal cocooning of a property. Use of Thermo-Bead addresses the cold bridging problems that this can cause. Thermo-Bead is one of a family of Enviroform Solutions insulation products using Spaceloft Aerogel.
