I had two chimneys re-lined two new fireplaces installed and a stove installed in one. Niall was excellent, he aligned with us from the first visit. He was very patient and really helpful in assisting us in our choice. When Top Cap came to do our job they arrived when they said they would, put the head down, were extremely tidy, executed the works and cleaned up afterwards. The crew were great and very obliging. James was great. The end result was magnificent! We are extremely pleased. I can highly recommend Top Cap. Indeed Top Cap came recommended to me. It was a great call getting Top Cap in to do the job. We've had Top Cap carry out a number of chimney services at our home over the last few years including chimney sweeping, camera inspection, flue relining (for our multi fuel stove with back boiler) and they fitted a chimney cowl as well.
The chimney re-lining has dramitically improved the draw on the chimney and the stove now operates cleanly with a lovely controlled fire and excellent heat output.
As well as this, Niall gives great advice on how to properly opearate the stove controls for best heat output and efficiency.
More than a year later now and it's still like a new chimmney. If you're getting any hardship with your stove or chimmney, I can highly recommend getting Top Cap.

5 stars...Just bought a house in Kilcullen, surveyor recommended I get chimney swept. I can't rate these lads highly enough. Were able to arrive the same day I called them. Very professional approach, not very expensive, 50 euro. Niall recommended a wider grate which I figure will save me on fuel over time...money well spent for the peace of mind lighting the fire for the first time.
