Premier Security Systems have been trading since 1993 with more than 1200 burglar alarm installations to date. As an approved burglar alarm installation company we are committed to providing a quality alarm installation service that ensures each alarm installation is fully designed, installed and certified to meet with the European Alarm Installation Standard – EN50131/PD6662: 2010.

Enrolled with the Security Systems & Alarms Inspection Board, the SSAIB are there to assure the public that each member company has the technical competence and financial probity in the management and running of their company. This is verified by the issuing of a SSAIB Certificate of Compliance, on completion of each installation.

Premier Security Systems are also a PSNI compliant alarm installation company that allows us to provide clients with a Police response to any verified or confirmed alarm activation from either their residential or business premises.


As a local burglar alarm company we offer to undertake the regular testing and repair of anybody’s burglar alarm system through our Aftercare division. Under Aftercare we offer the total management of any burglar alarm system for an inclusive monthly or annual fee.

Wired Burglar Alarm Systems

- Audible – 'Bells Only' Alarm System
A 'Bells Only' alarm system is designed to provide an audible warning that activates internal and external sounders, at the premises. This method of notification is designed to alert either neighbors or passers-by that a burglary may be in progress.

- Audible – 'SMS/Voice' Alarm System
By the use of a Text/Voice communicator it turns a 'Bells Only' alarm system into an SMS/Voice alarm installation. The unit utilises signals from the alarm panel to trigger either a voice message or and a SMS text alert to a nominated list of telephone numbers. This is an economic alternative to remote monitoring through an Alarm receiving Centre.

- Audible with 'Monitored' – Remote Alarm Signaling
Monitored or Remote Alarm Signaling is when the alerts generated by an alarm control panel are passed to an Alarm-Receiving Centre or ARC. These centres are manned 24/7 where the alarm signals are continuously monitored with the appropriate action taken depending on the type of signals received.

- Wireless Systems
Wireless burglar alarm systems today can be up and running in a matter hours compared to the time required and disruption caused when you install a “Wired” Burglar Alarm System.

- The "Enforcer" Wireless Alarm System
This wireless alarm panel clearly meets people's requirements for either a residential or small business wireless alarm system.
Designed for the ease of installation the system comes with a host of features not normally found on a wireless burglar alarm system.

- The "Agility" Wireless Alarm System
This system is designed for the larger residential property or business premises. The system comprises of an 'End Station' and a separate “Remote” Keypad. The “Agility” has a host of features and comes with numerous alarm features and optional wireless modules.

Monitored Burglar Alarm Systems

- Monitored Systems
Monitored alarm systems are designed take the signals generated by the burglar alarm panel and transfer them to a remote alarm-receiving centre for processing. These signals are normally transferred to an alarm-receiving centre by one of a number of methods of notification.

- Digi-Com Monitoring
The industry standard for many years takes the signals generated from the alarm control panel and transfers them to the ARC for processing.

- Redcare Monitoring
As the original method of encrypted signaling 'BT Redcare' has been developed over the years to cover all aspects of alarm and fire monitoring including remote CCTV monitoring.
