What is it? The enev-kit is an automated building ventilation solution that was primarily designed for lift shafts but can be used for other building applications where there is a ventilation opening. It incorporates a multi-leaf damper equipped with a safety actuater which is operated by an automated control panel to prevent heat loss when there is no need for the vent to be open. The enev-kit also includes C02 and Smoke Detection Sensors which will trigger the vent opening in an emergency. Built-in smoke suction functionality will automatically extract smoke through the vent. The enev-kit allows for the retention of heat within the building thus making the building more energy efficient by reducing the building energy heat costs. Automated multi-leaf damper.
