MMA Joinery was established in 2003 after we felt that there was a niche in the construction market for a team of highly crafted tradesmen to carry out bespoke joinery services to the private and domestic sector of the building trade.

I myself was awarded NI carpenter of the year 2 years running, and also UK carpenter of the year. I went on to represent the UK in the Construction Olympics in Switzerland against 40 countries from around the world, and finished an impressive 12th place.

On my return I set up my own joinery business and have mainly carried out work to the high end market of the private sector, providing services to one off bespoke houses.

In the last year bigger commercial construction developers have approached us to carry out fit-out services to multi million pound contracts throughout the UK and Ireland.

We carry out a range of services, to suit individual needs from:

• Cut roofing/Truss roofing
• Design and manufacture of structural roof beams and kingpin trusses
• Roof tiling
• Natural slating
• 1st fixing to include, flooring, stud work, insulation and plaster boarding
• 2nd fixing which includes installation of bespoke stair cases
• Wooden floors
• Erection of exhibition stalls and displays to various trade shows
• All these carry right through from the smallest single storey extension to the larger commercial developments

Right from the very start we can be involved in the concept design stage of your project, from looking at your current drawings and evaluating them taking on board any ideas which you may have, and showing you other projects with similar characteristics, and design features which you may like to incorporate in your own.

• Quotations are broken down thoroughly so that the client fully understands what is covered in our price
• Full drawing breakdowns with full quantities take off list, so that clients can get prices from their local building merchants and thus reducing their carbon foot print
• Pre-appointment meeting on site and even site visits to previous work carried out, to verify our excellent standards
• We also offer a full supply and fix package to those clients that maybe are busy with their own commitments and don’t want to have the hassle of organising materials, site delivery times, and plant hire etc.
