About OFlynns Flooring
O'Flynns Flooring is the only guaranteed Irish manufacturer of solid wood floors, solid engineered and parquet (woodblock) flooring. We offer top quality laminated, semi solid and solid flooring. We specialise in solid engineered hardwood flooring for underfloor heating.

Types of flooring
Solid Wood Floors
Solid Hardwood - the product is the solid natural wood species throughout the entire piece of flooring, typically with a tongue and groove installation. Good sanding and refinishing capabilities. The product is typically more expensive and has some limitations as to where it can be installed due to moisture issues. O'Flynns sell some of the best known solids; Sienna, Sorenzo, Tarkett, Junckers and many more. We also manufacture our own solids prefinished and unfinished. These boards are longer and wider than most and available in all grades. We also take great pride in salvaging, purchasing and felling our own native Irish timbers. These timbers are air dried, kiln dried and machined at our own premises in Coachford. Co Cork. Showrooms-unit 12A, St Patricks Mills, Douglas, Cork.
Solid Engineered
Engineered hardwood flooring is a product made up of a core of hardwood, plywood or HDF and a top layer of hardwood that is glued on the top surface of the core and is available in almost any hardwood species. Due to its stability these solid engineered [21mm thick, 6mm wear layer on 15mm core] are replacing solids more and more. Originally designed to take the stress of underfloor heating they are one of the best floors on the market. Long wide planks, same resanding capabilities as solid, they can be floated over concrete, nailed, glued or stapled. Cannot find the correct colour timber you want? O'Flynns specialise in staining timbers to whatever colour you wish. White, Black or any colour in between - we can do it! Antique looking, not very shiny? We can do it!
Parquet Floors
We can supply the highest quality oak, maple, teak and walnut wood solid floor parquet in all sizes, tounged and grooved at very competitive prices. Along with our standard size parquet, O'Flynns also machine our own custom parquet, this product is generally longer and wider than our competitors. Parquet can be glued onto plywood or concrete and is suitable with underfloor heating.
