Section Benders
Work we have carried out includes support beams for the Chingford Underpass, the entrance motif for St Catherine's Dock as well as being involved with work for the Thames Barrier.

Sections can be supplied curved, degreased or polished. We also undertake drilling, welding or machining on rings if required.

We are able to do 'T' Splitting and have plate rolling facilities...

Tube Manipulating
We are proud to introduce the latest addition to our expansive range of services. Our new equipment is capable of bending round, square and rectangular tube as well as profiles or special shapes, in fact pretty much any number of bends in any combination of directions that takes your fancy.

Now JMR Section Benders can offer an even more comprehensive service, increasing our capacity for small and medium lots. With the very best finishing for special materials such as stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminium, special alloys and mild steel, this apparatus is already proving to be an invaluable resource...

Round R72S
We are proud to announce that in October we took delivery of a brand new Roundo R72s section bending machine - the first in the UK.

For the first time we are able to roll beams and channels on the X-X as well as tubes up to 139 dia, and to a higher standard than previously achieved on the outgoing equipment.

This represents a large investment and our confidence in the future.

We feel we owe it to our loyal customers to keep improving our capacity and save you the time and inconvenience of having to travel hundreds of miles for the services you need...

Helical Rolling
We are pleased to announce the arrival of a new machine specially equipped to roll tube and flat bar helically.

This new state of art cnc section bending machine will allow us to pre-programme bending criteria.

We can enter your staircase details i.e. radius in plan, overall rise and degree and the computer does the rest, producing the perfect helical bend thereby avoiding all the trial, error and hassle of manually trying to make your tube or flat bar fit your staircase.

The end to your helical rolling nightmares
JMR Section Benders are pleased to announce the arrival of a new machine specially equipped to roll tube and flat bar helically.

We can enter your staircase details i.e. radius in plan, overall rise and degree and the computer does the rest, producing the perfect helical bend thereby avoiding all the trial, error and hassle of manual trying to make your tube or flat bar fit your staircase.

This cnc system allows for repetitive bending so each item is identical to the last, we can put multi radii in one length of material with straight sections in between, it enables the simultaneous application of pressure and rolling, there by ensuring smooth transition of curves to straight especially important with tube as this avoids creasing and necking.

We can also produce coils.

Initially we will have maximum capacity of 60mm tube in all types of materials 
Plus flats, angles and other sections of a similar size.
