Awful customer service, rude staff, insulting behaviour and extremely unprofessional! Despite having reserved selected tiles with a 1000 euro deposit they fail to deliver same brand and send me 2 different brands. Then they tell me while the delivery man is offloading the items from the truck that i can refuse the wrong tiles! Then, instead of delivering correct tiles, they tell me to load my car with the 250kg of wrong tiles and take it to their warehouse so they can change it. Not even an apology for the inconvenience! Absolutely Disgusting! Avoid this company!
