PAULA DERMODY ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN was formed in 2008 with one specific objective in mind;

''To understand the requirements of our clients and execute their ideas, thoughts and dreams with a professional and practical approach''.

In 2000 Paula graduated from Limerick Institute of Technology with a Degree in Architectural Technology from which she began working in an RIAI office gaining invaluable experience for almost 10 years on a wide variety of projects from domestic work to large scale commercial/retail developments.

Paula became a Technician Member of the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland (RIAI) in 2007.

Paula believes that the key to any successful project is the relationship that is developed with the client. Our goal is to achieve every Clients vision of their completed Project. Starting with a full understanding of the Project and its requirements; we strongly encourage each and every client to ask many questions, no matter how trivial they may think it is, as it both gives them a better understanding of their project/development and gives us a clearer understanding of their exact requirements.

We advise all clients on current Local Government Development Plans & Policies and how it may affect their project, identify from planning searches recent patterns of developments in their area and consult with the Local Planning Department on proposed developments.

PAULA DERMODY ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN offers a design and planning service for the following types of development; Extension to Dwelling House and all types of Buildings, One off Dwelling Houses, Residential Developments incl. Apartments, Retail Developments, Office Developments and Commercial Developments. No proposed project is too small for us to take on board.
