Supplying materials and expertise to UK blue-chip construction companies, Macrete Ireland Ltd are specialists in precast solutions for the sea defence, civil engineering, railway infrastructure, sports stadia and water and utility sectors.

FlexiArch
The FlexiArch is a patented arch bridge system based on modern precast concrete methods whilst performing like a masonry arch bridge. The system is the result of years of research in the School of Civil Engineering at Queen's University Belfast, and three years of intense development with Macrete, who have provided the commercial, manufacturing and installation expertise.

CIVIL PROJECTS
Macrete supply many of the main civil engineering contractors in the UK. With a committed team and modern facilities Macrete possesses the necessary skills to generate high performance on all contracts regardless of their size. Macrete offer design and supply of specialised structures. RAILWAY PROJECTS
Macrete design and manufacture reinforced and prestressed concrete units for railway infrastructure, and have supplied to numerous railway projects throughout the United Kingdom.

WATER PROJECTS
Macrete with its experience and technical ability are a major supplier of segmental lining rings for shafts and tunnels. With superior workmanship and high-quality moulds, a great finish is achieved and performance is guaranteed. Standard bolted and smoothbore segments are normally available ex-stock. Tapered trapezoidal gasketted systems are also supplied to high-specification tolerances.

STADIUM PROJECTS
Macrete offer design and supply of precast concrete products for stadia. With a wealth of experience and capability within the precast concrete industry, solutions are provided for small or large stadia design restrictions.

MARINE PROJECTS
Macrete has an experienced and innovative design team that use modern computer packages and offer excellent service regardless of the size of a job. Catering for the Marine environment is not an issue as Macrete use a concrete mix that can withstand all the external factors. Approval has always been achieved and information on previous contracts are available on request.

ARCHITECTURE PROJECTS
Macrete Ireland Ltd offer a wide range of agricultural solutions, both for livestock management and waste material storage.
