DPL Group

We always found DPL group Wexford so very helpful nothing is too much bother to any of the staff. If they dont have it in stock it is ordered and they let you know when its in stock.

Never again will I set foot in there... condescending arrogant man I dealt with whom obviously has no respect for a woman shopping there.I left absolutely fuming and all I wanted to but was a vertical rad. He had no interest whatsoever in dealing with me. Told me they had no brochures, go home and look on line. I knew what I was looking for.... I later found out he was the manager !!!!!!.....

Im a very disappointed customer and believe you provide poor customer care. I purchased two radiators from your cork store on Thursday and was guaranteed they would be delivered today, Friday. The radiators were not delivered, which would be acceptable should I not have offered to take them away on Thursday and if my baby was not sleeping in a cold room. I was told I would receive a phone call one hour before delivery, when I had received no phone call by half 3 I rang enquiring if the delivery was taking place and I was told I would receive a call back once it had been established where the delivery was. After an hour I rang again and enquired where my delivery was and was told the delivery wouldnt happen until Monday. I now have to collect the radiators myself or else face an extremely cold weekend at home with an extremely cold baby, which is very upsetting. I did not receive the service I was guaranteed and was actually ignored when I made an enquiry as to where the goods I purchased were. I am so disappointed with the company, this was an awful first impression. I honestly dont think I will return or recommend this company to anyone. I really wouldnt mind if my baby wasnt involved but I am wholly disgusted and disappointed in this service.
