My experience with Cash and Powell has been a very unfortunate one. James understandably had to postpone the initial first meeting and showed up 30 minutes late to the rescheduled meeting. There was no sign of even a pen or paper when coming out to discuss self build options and steps necessary for planning. He looked out the window stating he presumed the soil at this site was poorly drained, despite me stating I just wanted plans done up as I had a few site options so I would pick the site later depending on those tests. I then asked would he email me on his cost breakdown as he felt after our approx 6 minute discussion he was good to go home. It has been 2 months and I have not received an email of any costs, I have not pushed for it as the experience was bad enough for me to know to look elsewhere. Was disappointing as he was recommended to me. If I could give 0 stars I would.
