Features & Benefits
FR100 Series
This series is suitable for use in environments containing low levels of non-toxic dust particles >0.02um in size up to 4 * OEL or 4.5 * MAC. The FR100SC and FR100SCV have the added comfort of an activated charcoal layer to remove odours and organic vapours up to the OEL. These masks also employ an integral valve that provides a reduction in heat, carbon dioxide and humidity within the mask.
FR200 Series
This series provides protection against average toxicity solid particles, fine dust and water based mists >0.02um in size up to 10 * OEL or 12 * MAC. The FR200SC and FR200SCV provide additional protection against fumes and organic vapours up to OEL and MAC limits by utilising an active Carbon layer. These masks also employ an integral valve that provides a reduction in heat, carbon dioxide and humidity within the mask.
FR300 Series
Providing the highest level of protection in the Facemate range, the FR300 series offer protection against fine dusts, water based mists and metal fumes > 0.02um in size up to 20 * OEL or 50 * MAC. The FR300SC and FR300SCV offer additional protection against odours and organic vapours through the use of an active Carbon layer.
