I couldn’t speak highly enough of the professional service that we received from Mick Welsh and I knew to expect nothing less as Mick has done any and all of the ground work for my entire family through the years. Mick gave us great advice that saved us time and money and left our site really tidy. I am shocked and very surprised to read the review by a Mr. Duggan , it’s hard to believe that it could be the same person as Mick. Mick Welsh’s good reputation is the solid foundation that his work is built upon-excuse the pun :) As they say, “It takes a lifetime to build a reputation and seconds to destroy it “ which is something we should all consider before choosing our words. I would definitely use Mick again for any groundwork’s that I have in the future and furthermore, I would have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending Mick Welsh to others also.

I was very dissapointed with M Walshs standard of work.. He tried to take short cuts at every stage of the agreed work, he tried to get away with doing as little as possible..Left top soil with grass growing within the site walls (have photos to prove).. While digging the foundation he left out a foundation wall which was marked on the drawings..Agreed to do radon barrier before starting the job and made a complete mess of that.. (I have photos to prove also)
He tried to take advantage of the fact I dont know much about building.. Only for the fact I had good people looking out for me I would have been left with some mess...He also had a bad attitude.. Eventually I had no choice only ask him to leave the job..Very bad experience with this man .!!!!
