Ceiling Inspections
We offer a complete ceiling safety inspection. A suspended ceiling grid should last the life time of the building. One of the main reasons for the installation of a suspended ceiling, is to hide services while still being accessible.

With so many different trades accessing your ceiling every year, problems arise from time to time. Over the past 17 years we have been carrying out full ceiling inspections including a full report and repair service.

Don’t wait until a tile falls out and hits a member of staff or a customer. We recommend that you have your ceilings inspected once a year to give them a clean bill of health.

Ceiling Inspections
Ceiling Inspections have become a core sector of our business over the past 15 years. Ceiling installation standards have changed, manufactures recomendations are not always been met or even known. Couple this with changes in building regulations it means more and more ceilings have been tampered with leaving them potentially dangerous.

The onus is on the owners of these companies to make sure that they are providing a safe enviroment for people to work or carry out their business in.

This is where we come in. We are currently inspecting new installations, existing ceilings that have been altered for new light layouts, tile and grid ceilings that have been removed for new ducting, tiles that have been removed for new cables and so on. We will come in give you a quote for a inspection and write up a detailed reoprt of your ceiling. We will also flag any major problems immediately and make you aware of the situation.

We believe that this is best practice and gives everybody pease of mind.
