With offices in Navan and Limerick, Grange Construction and Roofing Ltd. have been in business now since 1998. Our founder and company manager, Gregory Crinion has been working within this particular industry since 1985.

We have accumulated extensive experience with high performance weather proofing systems including flexible PVC sheeting, polyester based membranes, mastic asphalt, and architectural cladding.

We also have a strong reputation for adhering to the latest safety standards and all of our staff attend any important training courses and safety courses in order to keep up with any new developments within the industry.

Eco-Friendly Products

Green roofing can hold an extensive volume of water before releasing into drainage systems which helps avert flooding in extreme rainfall conditions. Green roofs also help protect the waterproofing from UV radiation because if protected from UV and extreme temperatures drying and cracking is prevented. Aside from being visually pleasing, you also get a thermal resistance from Green Roofing because it minimises solar gain thereby reducing the need for air conditioning.

Grange Construction & Roofing can supply and fit Single skin profiled metal sheets which are suitable for Wall and Roof Cladding. It is obviously the most economic way of covering steel framed storage warehouses but does not have any insulation properties against extreme cold/heat.

Rainscreen Products
Rainscreen cladding is the attachment of an outer skin of cladding with a ventilated and drained cavity to a new or existing building. The system is a form of double wall construction that uses an outer layer to keep out the rain and an inner layer to provide thermal insulation, prevent excessive air leakage and carry wind loadings. The outer layer breathes like a skin while the inner layer reduces energy losses. The structural frame of the building is kept absolutely dry, as water never reaches it or the thermal insulation.
