My order was a week late. I was told when ordering that the courier service was only 30 euro and when I went to organize at the end, Fastway Couriers told me to ring the company to organize and it couldnt be arranged and costed a lot more than 30 euro to ship with no help from company. Very poor customer service when product arrived regarding any questions/information. I would suggest ask roofer/carpenter to build fake chimney instead of fiberglass chimney.

I got my balcony fibreglassed with Padraig from Fibreglass Mouldings, he was quick, efficient and did a first class job and from all the companies I priced he was the most reasonable, I couldn''t recommend him enough.
