Our Raised Access Flooring manufacturing centre operates from a modern, purpose-designed factory with state-of-the-art flooring production capabilities. Permaflor is the manufacturing division of Bathgate Flooring Ltd.

Solution
Our experienced Technical Services Team offers product advice, bespoke CAD floor plan design and specifications for individual projects.

Handling thousands of calls every year from architects, specifiers and contractors. We can offer on-site technical advice and have built excellent relationships with numerous flooring contractors and installers.

We hold in-stock a wide variety of standard components, so can be very responsive to large orders and short lead-time deliveries to distributors, contractors and developers; ensuring no project is delayed. Facilities managers are equally catered for when requiring refurbishments and flooring upgrades.

Permaflor
Permaflor is a complete raised access flooring system offering a range of products for both PSA or BSEN specifications, plus bespoke sizes and finishes to suit individual projects.

BG Range
The fully steel-encased Permaflor BG panel combines strength and durability with ease of installation, reliable performance and proven low maintenance.

BE Range
The Permaflor BE panel uses an encapsulated construction of galvanised steel, bonded to both surfaces. It features a protective ABS edge-band and is available with a bonded vinyl surface finish. Permaflor BE offers improved handling and manoeuvrability throughout installation, yet retains the strength and robustness of traditional steel encased panels.

Bespoke
Permaflor can deliver the bespoke systems you need, which are fully compliant with PSA or BSEN specifications. Permaflor offers a wide range of bespoke panels which can be fabricated in many different materials and finishes. So, whether it is factory-bonded for new installations, replacement of existing floor covering or upgrading load performance, we can deliver customised solutions to the toughest problems.

Specifications
The decision on which specification to use is the responsibility of the specifier, although both are referred to in RIBA model specification NBS K41 (raised access flooring). In certain public sector projects there may be a requirement to use BSEN.

Accessories
The Permaflor system includes a wide range of components and accessories to help achieve the most flexible and efficient floor designs, allowing HVAC systems, power supply, data cabling and other building services to be routed in the floor void.
