Established in 1985, Nulife Engineering’s customers currently span a wide spectrum of sectors and industries, from aerospace, agri-chemical and food manufacturing, to power generators, specialist fencing and installation artists.

Our customers include aerospace manufacturers and power generators and our fabrications have to operate consistently and reliably in some of the most demanding environments on earth. So for that reason we make sure that all our fabrications bear CE approval.

Our Capabilities

Project Design and Fabrication
Our specialist services cover Project Design, Manufacture and Installation. The addition of a CNC router to our workshop has expanded the diversity and complexity of our fabrications.

Project Design
We firmly believe that good ergonomic design is at the heart of any engineering solution. Our in-house team can design and manage a very wide range of plant and equipment, from small complex components to large, full scale assemblies. Where feasible, we will visit your site to discuss your ideas, requirements or specifications.

We can then produce proposal drawings and quotations, which include full AutoCad design and workshop drawings, fabrication and installation. Our professional approach is reflected in our approach to costing. This allows us to offer our customers a full and detailed open book pricing contract arrangement, if required.

Manufacture
Our fabrication workshops offer a combined floor space of some 24,000 sq. ft., and they come complete with heavy lifting equipment and overhead cranes with a capacity of up to 8 tonnes. Our Fabrication Department can produce a wide range of work in Mild Steel, Alloy Steels, Stainless Steel and Aluminium. We regularly handle pieces of work in excess of 100 tonnes, but no job is considered too small.

Our in-house capabilities include: Shot Blasting, Cutting and Sawing CNC High Definition Cutting, Profiling and Routing Fabrication and Welding Painting, Assembly Transport, Installation & Commissioning Precision Lathe & Milling All our work is subject to quality inspection and control procedures to ensure, not only to ensure CE approval, but to make sure that you receive the quality of workmanship you expect from Nulife Engineering.

Installation
When it comes to installing and commissioning your part or components, our engineering team is highly experienced at working in live environments, where continuity of production is vital. This means we have the capacity to deliver full on-site assembly, installation and commissioning together with full project and site management, minimal disruption to your day-to-day activities. You’ll find that our aim is to ensure your project is installed on time and to the your requirements.

Computer Numeric Control
At the cutting edge with precision CNC. Our portfolio of on-site technology includes a full suite of precision CNC (Computer Numeric Control) machinery, which means we can offer a diverse range of and complex fabrications, working not only with metal, but with wood and plastic materials.

• CNC High Definition Cutting
  High definition CNC cutting is accurate, cost effective and suitable for virtually any market, from corporate customer to private individual. Our highly qualified and experienced engineers and programmers can handle practically any project based on your specifications.


• CNC Press Brake
  When it comes to high precision cutting and folding, our CNC Press Brake machines can bend sheet metal work from just a few millimetres across to sections many metres long. This means there are virtually no restrictions to the design of your assembly, and components can be delivered with great accuracy and speed.


• CNC Routers for Wood and Plastic
  At Nulife Engineering, we use computerised cutting to shape and profile MDF, wood, chipboard, plastics and many other materials. As with everything we do, our standards are extremely high, our pricing is competitive and our flexibility is unrivalled.

Latest Service

Due to the personal interest of our managing director, Paul Haslem, in the restoration of motorbikes and cars, Nulife Engineering Ltd, are once again able to offer a bead blasting and cleaning service, with a fast turnaround, to all parts of the motor trade and general public.

Bead blasting is an ideal way to clean all car, motorbike, boat or tractor parts. Blasting millions of microscopic glass beads onto every surface of the item being cleaned or restored, the process blasts away the carbon scale, rust and other surface foreign matter, without damage and without removing the surface metal.

We can clean anything from small carburettor parts, to gearbox castings and chassis parts, with a high pressure system plus vacuum system cabinets, ensuring a quality finish every time. It is a time efficient and effective method of cleaning corroded, dirty and rusty engine parts, tools, domestic, agricultural and gardening equipment.
